Senior Azure Developer / Azure Technical Consultant

About the role 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Developer / Azure Technical Consultant to support the ongoing development, evolution and technical improvement of enterprise applications hosted in Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will work on cloud-based application challenges across architecture, secure development, integrations, deployment and operational reliability. You will collaborate with technical stakeholders to understand existing solutions, identify improvement opportunities and provide hands-on engineering support where required.

The ideal candidate combines strong software development skills with a practical understanding of Azure-based application delivery. We are looking for someone who can reason about existing systems, communicate clearly with stakeholders and help teams make sound technical decisions, rather than someone who has worked with one exact set of Azure services.

Key responsibilities 

  • Review existing application architecture, code, configuration and deployment approaches.
  • Support the ongoing development and technical evolution of Azure-hosted applications.
  • Assess application security, identity, access control and integration patterns at a practical level.
  • Analyse technical constraints, dependencies and risks when changes are planned.
  • Participate in technical workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Troubleshoot application, connectivity, authentication, integration and deployment issues.
  • Support code modifications, configuration changes, testing and deployment activities.
  • Review proposed technical solutions against Microsoft and Azure best practices.
  • Investigate defects, unexpected application behaviour and production support issues.
  • Provide clear technical recommendations to support planning, estimation and prioritisation.
  • Support knowledge transfer, technical handover and ongoing advisory activities.

Required skills and experience 

  • At least 5 years of experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience developing or supporting applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Solid understanding of cloud application architecture and cloud-native development principles.
  • Practical awareness of secure application design, authentication and integration concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting application, deployment or cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Experience reviewing existing codebases, configurations or delivery pipelines.
  • Ability to identify technical risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Budapesti székhelyű, 15 fős, dinamikusan fejlődő IT tanácsadó vállalat IT HR és toborzás területén jártas kollégát keres csapatába. 

A pozícióról 

Olyan önálló és proaktív HR és Recruitment Specialist kollégát keresünk, aki támogatja a vállalat teljes körű HR-folyamatait, valamint aktívan részt vesz az elsősorban IT-szakemberekre fókuszáló toborzásban. A pozíció egyéves határozott időtartamra szól, opcionális hosszabbítással.

Főbb feladatok 

  • IT-szakemberek felkutatása LinkedInen és egyéb adatbázisokban. 
  • Hiring tervek, pozícióleírások és álláshirdetések elkészítése a szakmai vezetőkkel együttműködve. 
  • Kapcsolattartás a jelöltekkel, telefonos előszűrések és online HR-interjúk lebonyolítása. 
  • A HR és recruitment folyamatok kezelése, fejlesztése. 
  • Onboarding- és offboardingfolyamatok koordinálása, exit interjúk készítése. 
  • Munkavállalói dokumentumok, szabadságok, eszközök és HR-nyilvántartások kezelése.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with Microsoft Fabric experience to support the design and implementation of a unified data platform. The role will focus on defining the target architecture, data integration approach, governance principles and foundational data structures required to support scalable analytics use cases.

The ideal candidate combines strong data architecture experience with a practical understanding of Microsoft Fabric as a platform for modern analytics delivery. We are looking for someone who can translate business needs into clear technical direction, guide engineering teams and make pragmatic architecture decisions, rather than someone who has worked with one exact Fabric configuration.

This opportunity is available for contractors and full-time employees within the EU.  

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead the architecture design for a Microsoft Fabric-based data platform.
  • Assess data sources, business requirements, dependencies and integration needs.
  • Define the high-level platform architecture and produce clear architecture documentation.
  • Design scalable data structures and curated data layers for analytics and reporting.
  • Define the overall data ingestion, transformation, orchestration and consumption approach.
  • Establish platform, workspace, data organisation and governance standards.
  • Support the creation and prioritisation of the technical backlog.
  • Identify and shape high-value analytics use cases for future delivery.
  • Ensure that the platform design is scalable, secure, maintainable and suitable for future expansion.

  • Strong knowledge of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, orchestration and data modelling patterns.
  • Experience designing scalable data platforms for reporting, BI and analytics use cases.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and use cases into clear technical designs.
  • Experience producing High-Level Design and other technical architecture documentation.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with practical AI experience to support the ongoing development, evolution and technical improvement of enterprise applications hosted in Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will work on cloud-based application challenges across backend development, integrations, secure application design, deployment and the responsible use of AI-enabled capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer first, with enough AI understanding to design, integrate and evaluate AI-assisted features sensibly. We are not looking for someone who has worked with every AI platform or discipline, but for someone who can apply modern engineering judgement when AI is part of the solution.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and improve enterprise applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core and related technologies.
  • Support the technical evolution of Azure-hosted applications and services.
  • Design and implement backend features, integrations and application workflows.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled features where appropriate, such as intelligent automation, assisted decision support, document processing or integration with AI services.
