Erik Bayer

Managing Director

Erik founded Peruzzi Solutions in 2018 after he had been actively working in the IT industry for a decade in different roles ranging from Software Developer to Software Project Manager on large-scale international projects. Throughout his career he had lived and worked in multiple countries across Europe, building a solid background in international business affairs while gaining experience in cross- cultural communication and managing distributed teams. Having a strong professional background, Erik is not only managing the company's day to day business activities but he is also actively shaping the technical offerings of Peruzzi Solutions.

Adam Szabo

Technical Director

Prior to joining Peruzzi, Adam has been running the Application Development Practice in the UK region of global consultancy New Signature for four years, up until its acquisition by Cognizant, winning the 2019 UK Microsoft Partner of the Year award along the way.
Adam also has extensive experience in project delivery. Building on his experience in building high performing teams, he had been the lead solution architect on many software development projects up to £2m+ in budget; across many sectors including financial services, health and life sciences, logistics, transportation and public sector among others.

Balazs Soponyai

Director of Operations

Balazs is a corporate professional with over 15 years of experience in management. Throughout his career, Balazs has demonstrated exceptional operational and organising skills and a deep understanding of corporate management practices. As the Director of Operations, he is managing the finance and legal departments within the company. Overseeing our operational efficiency and overall performance, Balazs helps to drive success for Peruzzi Solutions.

Stephen McQueen

Business Development Director

Meet Stephen, a seasoned and innovative Business Development Director with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a specialised focus on selling Microsoft Cloud solutions for over 13 years. Transitioning from technical and managerial roles, Stephen embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2011 by founding The App Cloud, a venture dedicated to Microsoft Cloud sales. Demonstrating remarkable acumen, the business achieved profitability within its inaugural year, paving the path for its acquisition by New Signature in 2017.

At New Signature, Stephen played a pivotal role in Business Development, spearheading initiatives to penetrate new markets and secure significant contracts with esteemed organisations such as the MET Police, Public Health England, and the British Heart Foundation. His contributions were instrumental in clinching the prestigious Microsoft Partner of the Year award in 2019.

Passionate about the transformative potential of AI and emerging technologies from Microsoft, Stephen remains steadfast in his commitment to helping businesses stand out in competitive landscapes. He champions a collaborative approach, partnering closely with clients to grasp their values and confront their challenges head-on. By leveraging the right resources and solutions, Stephen ensures unparalleled customer satisfaction and success.
