Your application data will only be accessible to authorized Peruzzi personnel involved in recruitment and hiring, and where necessary, authorised service providers supporting the recruitment process and, where relevant to a specific recruitment opportunity, a client or hiring partner. We will inform you before identifiable candidate information is shared with a client or hiring partner where required.

We normally retain your application data for up to 1 year after the recruitment process has ended, unless a longer period is separately agreed with you or is otherwise lawfully justified.

If you consent, we may retain your CV and application details for up to 2 years after the relevant recruitment process ends and contact you about suitable future opportunities at Peruzzi Solutions Hungary Limited. This is entirely optional and will not affect your current application. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We may use technology, including AI-assisted tools, to help our recruitment team analyse candidate information and identify potentially suitable opportunities. These tools support our recruitment team and do not, by themselves, make hiring or placement decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
